4. Orders & Payments

By placing an order, you confirm that all details provided are accurate and complete.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order if fraudulent or unauthorized activity is suspected.
Payments are processed securely through trusted third-party payment providers. Archaica does not store full card details.

5. Shipping & Delivery

Each order is individually prepared, checked, and packaged with attention to detail.
Delivery times vary depending on your location and local customs procedures. Estimated delivery times provided at checkout are approximate and not guaranteed.
Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email confirmation with tracking information.
We are not responsible for delays caused by customs, natural events, or courier issues beyond our control.

6. Returns & Exchanges

We take pride in the quality of our products. If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at contact@archaica.co with your order details and a photo of the issue.
To be eligible for a return, items must be unused and in their original packaging.
Refunds or replacements will be processed once the returned product is received and inspected.
Shipping fees are non-refundable.

All prices are listed in the currency displayed on our website. Taxes are included where applicable.
We reserve the right to adjust prices without prior notice.
