Return & Refund Policy
Effective date: November 9, 2025


1. Eligibility for Returns

We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase.
If for any reason you are not, you may request a return within 7 days after delivery.
To be eligible, the product must be:

  • Unused and in its original condition.

  • Packed securely in the original or equivalent packaging.

Once your return request is approved, you must send the item back to us.
Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable for returns based on personal reasons (e.g., change of mind, wrong size, preference, etc.).


2. Damaged or Defective Items

If your product arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order at contact@archaica.co and include clear photos showing:

  • The damaged area of the product.

  • The outer packaging (for courier inspection).

After review, you may choose between two options:

  1. Replacement – we will resend the damaged part or a new product at no additional cost.

  2. Refund – we will refund the full product cost including shipping fees, provided that the damaged item is returned to us.


3. Return Process

  1. Contact us at contact@archaica.co within 7 days of receiving your order.

  2. Include your order number and photos (if applicable).

  3. Once approved, you’ll receive the return address and instructions.

  4. Ship the product back securely; once we receive and inspect it, we’ll issue your replacement or refund.


4. Non-Refundable Cases

We cannot accept returns or issue refunds for:

  • Items returned after 7 days without prior notice.

  • Products that have been used, altered, or damaged due to customer handling.

  • Packages lost or damaged during return shipping caused by improper packaging.


5. Refund Processing Time

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email.
Approved refunds will be issued within 5–10 business days to the original payment method.
Please note that your bank or card issuer may take additional time to process the refund.
