Origins
Symbolism & Name
This vessel channels the primal energy of the forest — where stillness meets strength. The rugged handle, formed from intertwining branch-like figures and wrapped in coarse hemp, evokes the resilience and raw power of nature. It feels like something discovered rather than made, a relic from the earth itself.
Design & Details
The vessel features a textured surface that resembles weathered bark, echoing the raw strength of the forest floor. Its elevated handle, sculpted to look like two intertwining branches and bound with natural twine, evokes the spirit of handmade wilderness tools. Atop the lid, a small carved twig detail completes the organic design—appearing as though nature itself left its quiet signature.
Experience & Ritual
Pouring tea from this piece feels like drawing warmth from the heart of the forest. It invites a ritual of grounding, connecting you to deeper stillness with every use. Whether enjoyed alone or shared, it transforms your tea time into something timeless, rooted, and quietly powerful.
Note: While few designs from ancient times have survived to the present day, we have meticulously combined various elements inspired by those that have endured. Our pieces reflects this rich heritage, blending traditional craftsmanship with a unique aesthetic to create a product that honors the past while serving modern tea rituals.
